Mike Lehane, Labor Counsel, was present during this executive session.
During executive session, Labor Counsel, Mike Lehane, stated that he has completed his investigation
as to whether or not there is basis to move forward with a civil service hearing for Police Chief Jesse
Earls, and that he is of the opinion that there is basis to do so. Also discussed during execu-
tive session was the procedure which should be followed when a civil service action is pursued. Labor
Counsel, Mike Lehane, left the meeting at the conclusion of the above discussion.
The last item discussed during this executive session was the Town Manager's contract.
MOTION: To come out of executive session.
