MINUTES OF EXECUTIVE SESSION
MARCH 24, 1993
PRESENT: Chairman Pasquale;
Town Manager, Bill
Planning Board.
Selectmen Penney, Ronald, Selectwoman Royle;
Williams; Bill Madan, Chairman of Mansfield
Following an open session Workshop the Board was polled to go into Executive
Session to discuss potential litigation relative to Bird Road, and only to
come out to adjourn: 4 -0
The Board reviewed the situation of Bird Road with Planning Board Chairman,
Bill Madan. After review of the history of the agreement process, the
consensus of the Board of Selectmen was to accept the recommendation of
Attorney Richard Gelerman and await the report on progress. The Town Manager
will report to the Board and Planning Board on updates.
The Board was then polled to go out of Executive Session and then to
adjourn (at 10:30 P.M.): 4 -0.
