William Williams, Town Manager, requestd the exettctive session t scuss his applying for the Town
Manager's position in the city of Troy, New York. iIv1� �9 t led that he was one of the
finalists for the position, but that he has withdrawn M.A&Wt- lo't..
Discussion followed between Board members and Mr. Williams regarding professional conduct, show-
ing respect for each other, communication among Board Members and with the Town Manager, and
lastly, responses to Department Head recommendations.
MOTION: To go out of exeuctive session.
