After discussion covering Camp Dresser & McKee relative to consulting services
for the Wastewater Treatment Plant MPES Permit,
* MOTION: To authorize a purchase order in the amount of $30,000 for CDM
consulting services.

MOTION: To approve Warrant #3 in the amount of $444,689.01, dated July 7,
1992.
Pasquale /Robinson VOTED: 5 -0
MOTION: To approve Warrant #55 in the amount of $171,318.52, dated June 30,
1992, broken down as follows:
General Fund - $72,921.14
School Lunch - 3,852.81
Special Revenue - 4,550.65
Capital_ Projects - 65,200.37
Sewer Expense - 7,119.86
Water Expense - 17,673.69
Pasquale /Robinson VOTED: 5 -0
After discussion, Selectman Pasquale moved: To authorize the Treasurer/
Collector to refinance $200,000 in bonds; seconded by Penney.
VOTED: 5 -0
