Chairman Tartufo then gave each Selectman time to ask questions. Select- man Colella asked the Dog Officer for his opinion; Jeff said he has seen no indication that the dog is vicious; neither has he seen Mr. Huott har- rassing the dog. He went on to say the Bakers have tried everything, the dog is a young, spayed German Shepherd, and he can only say the dog is a nuisance. The police log shows calls made mornings, afternoons and even- ings. Mrs. Baker asked for certain hours the dog can be outside without harrass- ment.
