1. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. and the Flag saluted.
2. Minutes of April 8, 1992
MOTION: To approve the Minutes of April 8, 1992 as amended.
Pasquale /Colella VOTED: 4 -0 Robinson abstained
3. Warrant #43
MOTION: To approve Warrant #43 in the amount of $1,751,084.19, dated
April 14, 1992, broken down as follows:
General Fund - $ 482,785.74
School Lunch - 10,720.94
Special Revenue - 12,748.39
Capital Projects - 1,350.00
Sewer Expense - 32,610.85
Water Expense - 45,654.93
Electric Enterprise - 1,165,213.34
Robinson /Colella VOTED: 5 -0
4. New Business
a) Set date for Override Election
* MOTION: To hold the Override Election on May 18, 1992; hours
7:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.

5. Adjournment
* MOTION: To adjourn so that the Board may attend the Town of Foxboro
Zoning Board of Appeals hearing regarding the Medigen facility.
