as stipulated, with a 6% increase the first year, 5% second year.

ness was a Complaint of Vicious or Barking Dogs, filed by Lisa Dudley of

3. Paul Folkman /RR ROW
Paul had a plan which he wanted the Board members to look at in considera-
tion of his proposal for the Bart Jackson property at 28 Court Street,
which he had bought. His plans for the property include renovation of the
existing house, to include possibly 4 units plus 2 in the barn, and erect
possibly 11 condominiums, no more. He proposes to utilize the adjacent
railroad right -of -way for satisfying the parking area requirements. He
would improve the right -of -way (ROW) according to directives of the Town,
and proposes approximately 50 parking spaces, which would allow approxi-
mately 25 spaces for use of the downtown area. He was asking for the
Board's support of his proposal, saying he feels his plan has merit. He
would like the Board to take a position prior to his scheduled August 4th
Zoning Board of Appeals meeting.
Discussion followed; Selectman Harrington expressed concern for the in-
crease in traffic exiting in that area. Paul suggested an alternate plan
for exiting, which the Board felt would be better. Selectman D'Onofrio

the Transfer Request should be approved, because there are bills that

ities Director at Country Haven Nursing Home thanking him for attend-
ing the birthday celebration for Grace Jackson; he said it was a really

with reasons for same, as well as a summary of unusual items which af-
fected each account. He suggests a copy of such a report go to the
