MINUTES OF MEETING
JULY 14, 1986
PRESENT: Chairman McNair; Selectmen D'Onofrio, Mahana, Harrington; Town
Manager
The Board of Selectmen met this evening with the Finance Committee to review
and vote on a number of Transfer Requests.
* MOTION: To approve Transfer Request #6B, Police Salaries.
Harrington /Mahana VOTED: 4 -0
* MOTION: To disapprove Transfer Request #61 -A for the Parks Department.
D'Onofrio /Mahana VOTED: 4 -0
* MOTION: To approve Transfer Request #84, Dog Officer Expense.
D'Onofrio /Mahana VOTED: 4 -0
Discussion followed; the Town Manager was asked to reappraise the FY -87 budget
for discrepancies. He was also asked to pass out copies of Board Policies to
all department heads.
* MOTION: To ask for Town Counsel opinion on authority of the Board of
Selectmen to sign the Town Manager's amended contract.
D'Onofrio /Mahana VOTED: 4 -0
* MOTION: To approve Transfer Request #74, Public Buildings Expense.
D'Onofrio /Harrington VOTED: 4 -0
* MOTION: To approve Transfer Request #71, Parks Expense for fence.
Harrington /Mahana VOTED: 4 -0
