MINUTES OF MEETING
APRIL 7, 1986
PRESENT: Chairman McNair; Selectmen Dunn, D'Onofrio, Mahana, Harrington;
Town Manager
1. The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. in the High School Auditorium.
MOTION: To adjourn to Town Hall. D'Onofrio /Harrington
VOTED: 5 -0
2. The meeting was called back to order at 7:50 P.M.
3. DPW Facility /Gale Engineering
Steve Habeeb from Gale Engineering was present, along with Steve McCaffrie,
Chairman of the Municipal Building Committee, to discuss the DPW facility.
After a lengthy discussion on various alternatives, no consensus was
reached. The Board asked for a review of financing alternatives for their
next meeting.

Policy on land sales: On all property sales use "authorize" Board, not
"direct" Board. Sell at fair market value with buyer paying appraisal
costs; at public auction.
