MINUTES OF MEETING
JULY 6, 1985

PRESENT: Chairman D'Onofrio; Selectmen McNair and Mahana.
Also in attendance, Town Counsel, Jack Dwyer and Town Manager designee,
Rande J. Wilson.
1. The meeting was called to order at 9:04 A.M.
After some discussion regarding the content of the proposed Town Manager
contract and the terms and conditions contained therein;
MOTION: To offer the contract as proposed, with minor editorial revi-
sions not changing the substance of the contract, to Mr. Rande-
J. Wilson of St. Ignace, Michigan.
Mahana /McNair VOTED: 3 -0
The contract was then signed by Mr. Rande J. Wilson, Chairman
D'Onofrio and Selectman McNair, as Clerk, Town Counsel, Jack
Dwyer, with witnesses Sgt. Roger A. Miller and Patrolman Ed-
ward Cormier of the Police Department.
2. There was some discussion concerning Mr. Wilson's housing needs.
3. The meeting was then adjourned, at 11:10 A.M.
