1. Call to Order @ 7:30 PM in Building Department meeting room, first floor. Members
present: Michael Healey, Chairman, Catherine Memory, Clerk, Michael McClean, Nancy Wall,
Joseph DeGirolamo. Also present Scott Leite, Health Agent.
2. Consent Agenda: No items.
3. Correspondence: No items.

5. New Business
Amendments to the REGULATION AFFECTING SMOKING AND THE SALE, VENDING
AND DISTRIBUTION OF TOBACCO regarding but not limited to nicotine delivery products
and environmental tobacco smoke.
Discussion regarding definitions applying to new and evolving tobacco and nicotine products;
prohibiting the sale of and distribution of tobacco and nicotine products; prohibition of the use
of tobacco and nicotine products in public places and the workplace and prohibition of vending
machines used for the sale and distribution of tobacco and nicotine products.
Motion to approve amendments to include tobacco and nicotine delivery products.
Moved by Catherine Memory. Seconded by Joseph DeGirolamo. Voted 5-0.
