Correspondence 4. Health Agent's Report 1. 263 Otis Street: Have ordered extensive repairs to foundation and support structure. Owner Is complying. 2. Semi-Public Swimming Pools: Agent Inspected ail semi-public pools prior to opening. Several required numerous, repeat inspections. Agent suggests re-inspection fee. 3. Site Assignment: Agent has not had time to prepare executive summary. 4. Perc Tests: Numerous peres for upgrades in May - sign of confidence in the real estate market. 5. Arbovirus Group: Agent very pleased with co-operation that Department of Public Health is extending. New Business 1. HealthCare Options, Inc. Contract for July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013. MOTION: To Approve HealthCare Options, Inc. contract for July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013. Wail/McClean Passed. 2. Housing Code Hearing: 10 County Street, Point East Properties. Mr. Brendan Kierce, Sr. and Brendan Kierce, Jr. were present. Requested a variance from 10S CMR 410.480 Locks. The remedy performed gives security equal to 10S CMR 410.480 Locks. No tenants were in attendance. Variance must be recorded with Bristol County Registry of Deeds. MOTION: To grant variance. DeGirolamo/McClean Passed. 3. Amendment to the REGULATION AFFECTING SMOKING AND THE SALE, VENDING AND DISTRIBUTION OF TOBACCO regarding but not limited to nicotine delivery products and environmental tobacco smoke. Marilyn Edge, Director of the Western Bristol County & Foxborough Tobacco & Alcohol Prevention Coilaborative, was present: Attended the meeting to discuss the proposed amendments regarding e-cigarettes, environmental tobacco smoke and smoking bars.
