Approval of a Pushcart Permit Attleboro Del's and Ice Cream MOTION: To Approve the Consent Agenda Nancy Wall/Michael McClean Motion Passed 4-0-0. 3. Correspondence 4. Health Agent's Report 1. Household Hazardous Waste Collection: Poorly attended. Agent believes most legacy household hazardous waste has been removed; now removing current purchases. 2. NEFFA: Agent inspected food concessions over the weekend. Compliance was very good. Agent expects change in coordinator personnel for next year. 3. 263 Otis Street: Housing Inspection performed; revealed severe structural deterioration. Agent expects compliance, but slowly. 4. Fee Study: Agent presented rough cost study on which to base fees. Board requested additional information to refine cost numbers. 5. Old Business 6. New Business Recommended revocation of Town of Mansfield Board of Health RegUlation for Request of Site Approval for a Public or Private Dumping Ground: Agent recommended relocation to avoid any confusion with current state regulation. Local regulation adopted prior to state regulation. MOTION: To Repeal. Nancy Wall/Michael McClean Motion passed 4-0-0. 7.
