Present: Nancy Wall, Clerk; Michael Healey; Catherine Memory. Ray Martin, Chairman, arrived at 1:50 pm.
Also present: Scott Leite, Board of Health Agent.
1. Call to Order @ 1:30 pm at the Mansfield Water Treatment Plant, 500B East Street
Tour of Water Treatment Plant 2:00 - 3:00 pm.

4. Health Agent's Report
a. Proposed Amendments to the Body Art and Smoking Regulations.
MOTION: To approve the amendments to the Body Art and Smoking Regulations.
Healey/Memory Motion passed 3-0.
b. Oktoberfest fees.
Tri-town Chamber of Commerce requested waiver of temporary food permit fees for event, as it
benefits local food pantry.
MOTION: To waive the permit fees for the Oktoberfest.
Healey/Memory Motion passed 3-0.
c. Mosquitos and EEE
State aerial spraying western Bristol County for EEE infected mosquitoes hoping to reduce population.
Ground spraying will continue through out season.

MOTION: To adjourn at 2:00 pm.
