Chairman Achille opened the meeting at 6:08pm
Motion: To approve the FY06 sewer rates per the memo of DPW Director Lee Azinheira dated
May 12, 2005
(Amoruso -Dolan) 4-0 Passes
Motion: To authorize the Chairman to sign a letter of support for Pro-Horne's HUn Education
& Outreach grant application
(Amoruso -Dolan) 4-0 Passes

DPW Director Lee Azinheira presented information relative to the Ralph Penney case _ because
the Board is mentioned in the suit, the Board needs to authorize the Town Manager to sign the
settlement.
Motion: To authorize the Town Manager to sign the settlement agreement
(Dolan - Amoruso) 3-0-1 Passes (with Selectman McCarter abstaining)
Selectman Amoruso noted that when we voted on the wastewater enterprise account article, he
voted nay; if he was to reconsider, he'd vote in the affirmative.
Motion: To reconsider the vote on the article relative to the wastewater enterprise account
article (Article 5)
(Amoruso - Achille) 3-0-1 Passes (with Selectman McCarter abstaining)
Selectman McCarter asked if the rates would stay the same and the Town Manager said that
over time, the rates would go up, but they will stay the same for now.
Motion: To support Article 5
(Dolan -McCarter) 3-1 Passes (with Chairman Achille voting in the negative)
Motion: To adjourn at 6:19pm, unless the School Committee doesn't come back in the
affirmative
(Amoruso -Dolan) 4-0 Passes
