Discussion regarding Lot 3, Patricia Marie Village subdivision [Oak St). D.
Lewis outlined the questions that had been raised relative to the position of the
Commission with taking ownership to this lot. Basic issue raised by Planning
Board member was why would Commission want the Natural Resources Trust to
get this land when the Commission is seeking funding to acquire other greenbelt
parcels. It was pointed out that the Commission does own some land along
Hodges Brook to the north of Lot 3. Motion [Boyer/Smith] to accept this lot and
send a memo indicating this to the Planning Board.
Commissioner Matthew asked about the Circuit Rider Program at DEP. D.
Lewis will contact this office in Lakeville to discuss issues and scheduling with
D. Foulis or D. Hill, the Circuit Riders for the SERO.
