The Board of Selectmen convened in a duly posted Open Session meet~~~&HU&i1ÐTS
waste disposal for the Town of Mansfield.

Present: Selectmen Steven W. MacCaffrie, Louis P. Amoruso, Roger S. Achille, and
Bernard J. Dolan. Also present were DPW Director Lee M. Azinheira and Town
Manager John O. D' Agostino.
The workshop convened in Open Session at 7:00 p.m. At the conclusion of the
discussion on solid waste disposal Town Manager D' Agostino advised the Selectmen that
an application for a Drainlayer License was received from Grant Brothers. Town
Engineer John Sullivan had reviewed the application, ascertained that Grant Brothers do
not have any outstanding financial obligations due the Town, and recommended
approval. It was explained that action on the license application was needed prior to the
next regularly scheduled Selectmen's meeting because work had to be done in
conjunction with the installation of a modular home that weekend.
Motion: To approve the Drainlayer License for Grant Brothers Associates, 69 Creedon
Lane, P.O. Box 11, Mansfield, MA
(Dolan-Achille) 4-0 Passes
