Mr. Burke explained this property has been before the board as a finding request. A finding has been granted to allow the homeowner to add to the house. The neighbor is selling a parcel to the applicant. Lot 1 has 6,000 square feet, the existing house #512, with 90 feet of frontage; the current property line runs behind an existing shed in a northerly direction to the property of D' Ambra. The proposal is to convey Lot 2b, 2,100 square feet back 72 feet, from Lot 2a to Lot 1. Lot 1 becomes larger by 2,100 square feet to be a total of 8,200 square feet. Mr. Burke explained the proper relief has been granted and the neighbors have agreed, and suggested the plan warrants endorsement.
