1. Meeting called to order at 6:30 pm.
2. Mike Eagan & John Mc Nair present.
3. Signed forms & documents.
4. Read correspondence.
5. Richard Boucher, Treas/Collector visited Board to discuss excise tax
uncollectables.
6. Received telephone call from Atty Jim Sullivan with an update on pending
A TB cases - 2004 Clemco & Comcast. Jim requested a formal list regarding
Comcast be sent to him.
7. Received a faxed letter from Paul T. Keefe notifying BOA of his formal
withdrawal for the position of Asst. Assessor/ Off. Mgr
8. Voted 2-0 to request the Town Mgr extend a contract offer to
Nancy L. Hinote for the position of Asst. Asse/OffMgr.
9. Voted to accept minutes of No v 3, 2004.
10. Adjourned at 8:10 pm.
