1. Meeting called to order at 6:30 pm.
2. Mike Eagan & John Mc Nair present.
3. Signed forms & documents.
4. Read correspondence.
5. The Board had a discussion on the request from Gale Farrugia, Director
for the Council on Aging to see if we could fund an additional $5,000 for
the Senior tax work off program due to the tremendous response from our
seniors. There are 23 positions filled with 9 additional seniors awaiting
replacement. After discussion, voted 2-0 to increase said budget from
$21,300 to $26,300 for a total increase of$5,000 from the additional
overlay account.
6. Voted 2-0 to have the Town Manager extend a contract offer to
Paul T. Keefe for the position of Asst. Assr/ Off. Mgr
7 . Voted 2-0 to accept minutes of October 20, 2004
8. Adjourned at 7:53 PM.
