Paul Boyden states that a couple of teachers at the High School are ready to go with another group of students on some sort of science project similar to the Canoe River Water Quality project that was done last year. He felt that this needed to be pursued, and will work on establishing contact with the appropriate teachers and administrative staff. Bridgewater College students may again be available to work with the kids. b. Carol Matthew raised concerns with the proposal discussed at the last meeting with the environmental assessment work on Steams A venue and the relationship to the Vernal Pools. She felt that the plans misrepresented the fact that vernal pools are present on the site. She does not feel why any impacts to the pools needs to happen. D. Lewis explained the communication he has had with the regional DEP office and Pat Huckery at Natural Heritage on this issue. Possibly a meeting with all concerned parties can be arranged to review issues and resolve the concerns. Meeting adjourned by a unanimous vote. Approved 'iJ I, ~ I 0 \ BY~'&.v-_J~ 1 VtlC- 1 ,
