Central Street - DePillo. The plan seeks to separate Lot Bl from Lot A, and to combine
it with Lot B. Lot Bl will be conveyed to Paquin. The conveyance will not create any
new non-conformities. Mr. Burke recommends endorsing the plan. Mr. Frank noted that
Lot Bl is not a buildable lot by itself

Motion: To sign the Form A (Dolan-Cook) All in favor. PASSES
Coral Street - Denmark Realty Trust. The plan seeks to separate the single lot, which
contains two houses, into two lots. The houses existed on this lot prior to the adoption of
zoning in Mansfield and are therefore grandfathered. Mr. Burke recommends endorsing
the plan
Motion: To sign the Form A (Dolan-Torman) All in favor. PASSES
[Mr. French arrived at this time.]
Bird Road - Folkman/Zola Builders. The plan seeks to create two lots; Lot 1 will have
sufficient area and frontage, Lot 2 will be non-conforming due to lack of frontage. Mr.
Burke recommends endorsing the plan. . Mr. Frank noted the bounds of the "remaining
land" are not shown.
Motion: To return the plan to the applicant requesting the bounds of the remaining land
be added to the plan (Dolan- Torman) All in favor. PASSES

Mr. Frank asked how the board how it felt about self-storage units. Mr. Cook said the
one on Route 106 in Foxboro doesn't look bad. Mr. Frank said while they aren't the best
r use, they serve a need and don't really generate traffic.

Special Town Meeting (French- Torman) All in favor. PASSES
The board discussed scheduling more workshop issues for the January 9, 2002 meeting,
following the discussion with Mr. Clemmey.
