Motion: To appoint Mr. Frank acting clerk (Cook-Torman) All in favor. PASSES
1. Minutes August 16,2000 Motion: To approve as submitted
(Cook-Torman) All in favor. PASSES
2. Special Permit decision - 36 Pratt Street
Motion: To sign the special permit decision as written
(Frank-Cook) All in favor. PASSES
3. Request from Michael McClanahan for a field modification to the cul-de-sac island,
South Meadow Estates. Police and Fire are in favor of the change.
Motion: To grant a field modification for the reduction in pavement on the cul-de-
sac to 30' width (Cook-Torman) All in favor. PASSES
4. Ridgeview plans to be signed - 20 day appeal period is up
Motion: To sign the definitive plans (Torman-Cook) All in favor. PASSES
5. Riverstone plans to be signed - 20 day appeal period is up
Moton: To sign the definitive plans (Frank-Cook) All in favor. PASSES
