The Animal Welfare Committee meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. at Mansfield Airport.
Approve Minutes
Motion: To approve the minutes from July 16, 2025. Passes.
Miscellaneous
• It was noted that Amy Tarlton had not been officially sworn in to the AWC until this
month. Carol Kosel checked previous minutes to confirm that any vote taken prior to
Amy being officially on the committee still had a quorum.
• Members voted unanimously to approve changes to fines and fees that Town
Manager Mallory Aronstein had suggested.
• Jada informed us that she will be leaving the shelter at the end of September, to
continue her education.
ACO's Report
• Jazzy's status is still undetermined, as he remains unpredictable.
• Francesca stated that several cats have respiratory infections, and she recommended
hygiene precautions to prevent the spread.
