Absent: John Colbert
The meeting was called to order at 6:04 pm. Due to the absence of the board's secretary this evening,
Ellen Spilewski was designated acting secretary for this meeting.
Meeting Notes and Treasurer's Report
The treasurer's report were voted for approval ( Lou Amoruso made motion to approve, Ellen Spilewski
seconded.) The treasurer's report were approved unanimously.
Discussion of Erick Road and Bonney Lane Property
Lou Amoruso stated that Jim Howland from HOME Consortium had given him three suggestions for
groups that might help us get started on the property. These are Field Engineering (Mattapoisett),
Brownstone Realty Group and J. K. Holmgren Engineers in Brockton. Calls, e-mails and letters were sent
to each group. As of this meeting, no one had relied to our inquiries. Lou will try to arrange meetings
with them. This may necessitate changing the time and date of some of our up -coming meetings.
The meeting was closed at 6:28 pm.
