The Select Board attended the meeting of the Budget Subcommittee for a Tri-Board meeting.

Present: Mr. Walter Wilk, Chair; Mr. Michael Feck; Mr. Kostas Loukos, Clerk; Mr. 3re,ndan Rq�he and Ms.
Maureen Doherty were present in person in meeting room 3 A/B at Town Hall Mr. Fe'&IW�s pgtpresent at
the start of the meeting but arrived at 6:14PM.
1. Open Meeting
The Select Board meeting was called to order at 6:02PM by Mr. Walter Wilk, Chair.
2. Select Board to Attend the Tri-Board and Participate in the Discussion
The members of the Select Board participated in the discussion and questions were asked. Please see the
minutes of the Budget Subcommittee for more detailed minutes.
3. Any items not anticipated by the Chair 48 hours prior to this meeting
There were no items.
4. Adjourn
