Meeting called to order at 2:03PM by Mike Healey, Chair MANSFIELD

Approved minutes of June 11, 2025
Kevin made the motion, Mike seconded, approved 3-0.
Seven applications have been received to date. Deadline for receipt is 4:0013M June 3, 2026.
The rules and regulations pertaining to applications were reviewed as well as the timeline.
Mike shared a spreadsheet designed to record that all required information was included with
each application.
Mike suggested that applications be submitted to Carrie by May 27 so the NPGF
recommendations to Select Board can be scheduled for their discussion at a future meeting.
Any applications received after that date will be submitted in a timely manner so that Carrie has
all of them by June S.
Terry asked some procedural questions about the committee for clarification.
Kevin made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Mike.
Meeting adjourned at 2:41PM.
