A meeting of the Mansfield School Committee Facilities subcommittee was opened and called to
order at8:15a.m. MANSFIELDMASSACHUSETTS
Attendees: Jenifer Sellon, Jenn Walsh, Matt Violette, Jayson Davis, Patti Hallgren
Approval of Minutes: The minutes from 03-07-25 and 09-19-25 were approved 2 — 0.
Update on Facilities -Use software options:
The Facilities Department reviewed research of software options and identified the vendor that
will best serve the needs for future Facilities Rental. The vendor chosen was Facilities Suite.
Update on Current Projects:
The Facilities Department provided an update on the following projects:
QMS Boiler project -needs to be recalibrated. It will operate off of outside air temp
QMS-generator is here. It will be installed in the next few days and be tested on Monday
PA System -on site 11/10
A Chiller is here -the old one has been removed and the new one will be installed in the next few
days. Will be commissioned in the Spring
Discussion of Winter Break Projects:
Winter break is a hard time to fit in projects with holidays and vendor contracts. April break is
the big project time.
