Meeting called to order at 4:30PM by Mike Healey
Election of officers:
Kevin nominates Mike Healey as chair, second by Kathy. Approved 3-0
Mike nominates Kevin McNatt as vice chair, second by Kathy. Approved 3-0
Kevin nominates Kathy as clerk, second by Mike. Approved 3-0.
Discussion of all submitted grant requests.

Funding for August and October events
After lengthy discussion by all committee members, Kevin abstained from votes involving TOM
250th Committee, and input from the citizens in attendance, the following decisions were made
and will be submitted to the Mansfield Select Board.
The members approved the submission of 2 versions of the funding proposal to the Select
Board.
Version 1- $40,000 to the Town of Mansfield 250th Committee
Version 2 — Funding applications as follows:

Correspondence was read, The TOM 2501h Committee submitted a request to be allowed to
carry over the unspent balance of funds totaling $2,307 from total funds of $4,127 granted on
June 5, 2024 to provide custom banners for upcoming events in August and October, 2025.
Approved unanimously.
