Wednesday, January 18, 2023 Meefing
1. At 6:47 p.m., Chairperson Greg Matoian ("Chair D opened the Town of Mansfield, MA
Board of Assessors ("BOA') executive session meeting ("Meeting") held in the MBC
Room on the third floor of the Town of Mansfield Town Hall.
2. A roll call revealed that only the following people were in attendance:
a) Greg Matoian, Chair,
b) Andrew S. Bank, Member,
c) Dana J. St. James, Clerk, and
d) Daniel C. Brogie (non -voting, Chief Assessor)
_ No others were present at the Meeting. During the Meeting the audio -video equipment
?I was not operational and no one else was in proximity to those in attendance to enable
them to hear any of the meeting's discussions.
3. This Executive Session called under G.L. o30A s21 (a)(7) was to comply with G.L.c.59
Section 60 and the BOA did the following:
Review the FY 2023 Clause 17D, Clause 37A, Clause 22 and Clause 4 1 C
exemptions. All 6 exemptions were vetted by the Chief Assessor and all qualified
for their respective exemptions. There was one Clause 17D exemption; one
Clause 37A exemption; three Clause 22 exemptions and one Clause 41C
Exemption
4. There being no further business, the Executive Session closed at 6:51 p.m.
