Wednesday, April 26, 2023 Meeting
1. At 7:08 pm., Chairperson Greg Matoian ("Chair") opened the Town of Mansfield, MA
Board of Assessors (BO)V) executive session meeting (-Meeting) held in Meeting
Room 2 AB on the second floor of the Town of Mansfield Town Hall.
2. A roll mu revealed that the following people were in attendance:
a) Greg Matoian, Chair,
b) Andrew S. Bank, Member,
c) Dana J. St. James, Clerk,
d) Donna Linfield, Administrative Secretary to the BOA,
e) Ann MacCarthy, newly hired Chief Assessor, and
n Attorney James Sullivan, Counsel to the BOA.
No others were present at the Meeting. During the Meeting the audi"deo equipment
was not operational and no one else was in proximity to those in attendance to enable
them to hear any of the meeting's discussions.
3, This Fxecutive Session called under G.L. c30A 821 (a)(7) was to comply with G.L.e.59
Section 60 and the BOA did the following:
a) Attorney James Sullivan then updated the BOA on ATB Cases (see attached List of
