Meetinq Notes for February 9, 2026
Attendees: Lou Amoruso, John Colbert, Ellen Spilewski, Nicholas Riccio
Absent: None -
The meeting was called to order at 6:05 PM.
Discussion of Erick Road and Bonney Lane Property
Lou Amoruso had discussion with Sara Repose the Planning Director in January. This project may be
eligible for HOME Consortium assistance and a representative (Jim Howland) may attend a future meeting
to provide information on their program.
Additional Information on the site drain easement was found by Sara Repose and shared with the committee
members.
Commonwealth of Massachusetts Filing Notice
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts approval of the annual reports was approved, An Application for
Revival was reviewed by the board at the February meeting and will be submitted for approval.
Meeting Notes and Treasurer Report
Meeting notes from January 12, 2026 and treasurer report were voted for approval (Ellen Spilewski made
motion to approve, Nick Riccio seconded). The notes and treasurer report were approved unanimously.
The meeting was closed at 6:30 PM.
Mansfield Housing Corporation -Treasurer's Report
Meeting-4/13/26 6:00 PM
1. Renewed the board's Errors and Omissions Policy for $1,235.00. 1 will submit a
request to be reimbursed once approved at tonight's meeting.
2. Received current statements (February and March) of MHC funds (managed by
Bartholomew) from John Ellard. Here's the snapshot:
