Memorial for Nancy Wall
Ana will communicate with Josh Reinke regarding bench and tree placement and plaque on the mural.
We discussed having the dedication in the Spring. Motion to use funds from the mural account to pay for
the founding member dedication costs. Motioned was second by Pat. All others voted in favor.
Fundraising
To be further discussed at the January Meeting. Jeff to send Kara last year's fundraising letter. Ana
update list of donors. Kelly to look at recurring donors. Kelly will reach out to Meagan Peters from
KMASSB. Some of the suggestions to improve the letter include more direct contact with large donors,
improving our reach out and engagement strategies. Increase the number of times Newsletters are sent
out and requesting In -Kind donations.
Kelly mentioned maybe some letters should be hand delivered. And send emails to non -donors instead of
letters. Jeff to send Kara last year's fundraising letter. We will have Allegra print letters, labels and fold
the fundraising letters. We will obtain stamped envelopes fiom the Town. Discussion regarding including
brochures with letters. Allegra has PDF.
Trees from Subaru
The trees are being held at Ana Newell's house. They are growing nicely. Some suggestions to get trees
planted - Kids Planting Day/Earth Day/Cleanup. We discussed the idea of the committee continuing the
tree program as another initiative. Danielle recommended naming it "Community Roots".
Traffic Light Box Wrap
Pat Colbert to get quotes fiom various vendors. The timeline for the project is for the Spring. .

Mural Account
The work on the mural was completed. The balance of the mural finds will be used to pay for Memorials
to Nancy Wall.
2025 KMB Annual Fall Cleanup Event
The date for the annual fall event is scheduled to take place November 1 to November 15th, 2025.
Flyers created by Danielle are up and others have been given to sports teams. Sign-ups as of this date are
low. Cleanup materials will be left at Pat Colbert's porch for the annual Fall cleanup. Pat mentioned how
easy it is having the event participants pick up materials at her residence — a self -serve type operation that
works well. Suggestions were made to allow some flexibility on the timing indicated on the cleanup
banner and to update the verbiage on the flyers to expand info on the sequence of activities on cleanup
day. Kelly will look into trends of attendance to Spring and Fall clean-ups.
Family Fun Night 2026 Date TBD
We Noticed!
The committee voted for Mansfield Shredding for this year's award.
Kelly and Kara will drop off award. Kara sent an email to the committee with various ideas to enhance
the program. Discussion tabled until January meeting. Some of the ideas include nominating twice a year,
timing nominations and requests for nominations with social media posts and newsletters. Suggestion to
consider Tire Man next year. Tobey and Kara will work on revamping this program.
Downtown Flower Barrel Program
Pat Colbert reported most of the flower barrels were picked up. A few still need to be picked up. Pat will
coordinate with DPW. This is the first year the program has made a profit. Jimmy's extra payment will be
applied toward next year's barrels. Angie's Alterations has still not paid. Ana will send invoice reminder.
Adopt -a -Spot
The Happy Hallow AaS was adopted by Celia Herschlag. The Jordan Jackson AaS was adopted by Kara
Hanks and friends of JJ School. Mike Healy's AaS is still available. Ana will reach out to Conway Realty

would be interested in adopting the site.
