Meeting Minutes
January 25, 2023
MEETING HELD IN PERSON IN MEETING ROOM 3 A/B
Present: Joseph Cerretani, Chair; Sharon Friedman, Clerk; Ralph Penney; Michael McClanahan;
Michael Feck, Adrian LeCesne; Brendan Roche, Alternate, and Mark Corsillo, Alternate
Jocelyn LeMaire, Director of Human Resources
Priscilla McGill, Administrative Secretary
Absent:
After regular Planning Board Agenda items were addressed, Mr. Cerretani stated that the reason for the
executive session is to consider applicants for the Director of Planning open position.
Motion by Ms. Friedman to enter into executive session and to not return to open session under Executive
Session Exemption No. 8, MGL Ch. 30A, Sec. 21 to consider or interview applicants for employment or
appointment by a preliminary screening committee if the chair declares that an open meeting will have a
detrimental effect in obtaining qualified applicants.
Mr. Cerretani, Chair, stated "I so declare."

Eight (8) in favor, Zero (0) opposed, Zero (0) abstained. PASSES
2. Executive Session rit 8:55 p.nr.
Jocelyn LeMaire, Director of Human Resources, presented applications received, noting which were
qualified candidates based on the job description criteria. The Board reviewed all the applications. They
then discussed and recommended which of the qualified applicants they wanted to schedule for an
interview.

It was determined that each Board member would submit questions to Ms. LeMaire to compile a final set
of interview questions. The Board agreed that Ms. LeMaire would schedule the interviews for next week.
3. Adjournment
The Board did not return to an open meeting.
Motion: To adjourn the meeting from Executive Session at 10:03 p.m. (Friedman-LeCesne)
