Present: Joseph Cerretani, Chair; Sharon Friedman, Clerk; Ralph Penney; Michael McClanahan;
Michael Feck, Adrian LeCesne; Brendan Roche, Alternate, and Mark Corsillo, Alternate
Jocelyn LeMaire, Director of Human Resources
Priscilla McGill, Administrative Secretary
Absent: none
2. Execut%ve Session called to order nt 3:25 Pan,
Motion by Ms. Friedman to enter into executive session and to not return to open session under Executive
Session Exemption No. 8, MGL Ch. 30A, Sec. 21 to consider or interview applicants for employment or
appointment by a preliminary screening committee if the chair declares that an open meeting will have a
detrimental effect in obtaining qualified applicants.
Mr. Cerretani, Chair, stated, "I so declare."

Seven (7) in favor, Zero (0) opposed, Zero (0) abstained. PASSES
The Planning Board convened to interview qualified candidates for the position of Director of Planning
and Development.
Mr. Penney arrived at 5:30 p.m.
Mr. McClanahan left the meeting at 5:40 p.m.
Upon completion of interviews and Board discussion of each candidate's qualifications, the following
motion was made:
Motion for the Planning Board to submit a letter to the Town Manager recommending three qualified
candidates for the position of Director of Planning and Development, (Penney-Feck)

Motion: To adjourn the Executive Session at 7:15 p.m. (Peck-Corsillo)
