Approve Minutes Motion: To approve the minutes from November, 2025. Passes. Cats • Jada has ordered two cat cages. • Jada will ask Francesca if she has looked into ordering large, compostable litter boxes rather than the disposable plastic boxes. • We discussed reducing the adoption fee for senior cats. No new fee was decided upon, so we will continue evaluating individual cases. • Dr. Trapani recommends using Rescue cleaner rather than Tektrol because it is more effective, less toxic, and has less of an odor. Sharon will order Rescue after we have used up the Tektrol. • The infirmary will be thoroughly sprayed and cleaned after it is vacated on Saturday. • Sharon reported that the Ipswich shelter will not take Hashbrown and Munchkin because they are FIV positive. Stacy will contact the Merrimack shelter, and if that doesn't work, Sharon knows a barn where they could go in the spring. Sharon will continue to socialize the two cats. • Stephanie Putnam knows Mini Bob's owner, and she will talk to her about how to deal with a shy cat, • Sharon will bring her foster cat, Duchess, to the shelter on Saturday.
