Present: Mr. Walter Wilk, Chair; Mr. Michael Feck, Vice -Chair; Mr. Kostas Loukas, n,d%lvl Maureen R.
Doherty were present in Meeting Room 3 A/B at Town Hall.
Not Present: Mr. Brendan Roche

1. Call To Order Select Board Meeting
Mr. Wilk called the meeting to order at 6:38PM. 0
2. Joint meeting with the Select Board to interview candidates and vote to appoint a member to the
vacant School Committee seat. Candidate names:
Aaron Hyre
Y Alma Richeh
v Michael Robinson
Jamie Vitonis
The School Committee and Select Board members each asked the candidates a question that were answered.
The Select Board and School Committee then stated who they would like to vote for. Ms. Lynn Cavicchi, Ms.
Diane Ready, Ms. Jenn Walsh, Mr. Walter Wilk and Mr. Kostas Loukos voted for Jamie Vitonis. Ms. Jenifer
Seilon, Ms. Maureen Doherty and Mr. Michael Feck voted for Aaron Hyre.
3. Any items not anticipated by the Chair 48 hours prior to this meeting
There were no items.
4. Adjourn
Motion: To adjourn the January 27, 2026 Select Board meeting at 7:4SPM. (Doherty/Loukos) Passes 4:0
