FINAL MEETING: Wednesday, December 17, 2025 ('
1. Meeting called to order by Chair
2. Approval of the minutes 12.15.25- Carlson/Boldrighini (7/0)
3. Motion to go into Executive Session (Fish/Eagle) (7/0) - reason #8
4, Motion by Eagle/Penny (7/0) to advance 3 candidates pending background checks
5. Warning not to share name/candidate or number of candidates advancing.
6. Reviewed process following tonight's meeting -timeline, duties if no candidate is
selected by the Select Board.
7. Committee agreed to tentative meeting /zoom meeting on Tuesday 12/23 to approve
minutes if deemed necessary by Town Clerk. Committee minutes/these notes were
agreed upon by Committee members if they are to be submitted as is for final
meeting. (ZOOM MEETING CANCELLED)
8. Motion to adjourn at 6:51 Danielle/Eagle (7/0)
Post meeting note: Per Mansfield Town Clerk, this final meeting minutes submission via
consultant Mary Aicardi suffices as recording of final minutes of this ad -hoc committee.
The Zoom meeting was cancelled as committee was told that "If the only thing on the
agenda for the 12123 meeting is to approve minutes from the final screening committee meeting,
you really don't have to. Just submit the minutes in draft with a note that they are the final
minutes of that ad -hoc committee. If you post another meeting, there will have to be another set
of minutes, and on and on and on..." It was agreed up by Danielle Fish and Mary Aicardi that
Mary would submit final minutes thereby closing the loop.
