Present: Mary Flanders Aicardi, Human Resources Practice Leader
Edward J. Collins, Jr. Center for Public Management, Neal Boldrighini (VICE CHAIR),
James Carlson, Brian Eagle, Danielle Fish (CLERK), Michelle McKeon, Charlie
Mulcahy, and Ralph Penney (CHAIR).
1. Meeting called to order by the Chair at 6 08
With no additional items on the agenda, motion made to move into Executive
Session not to return to open meeting (Bold rig h ini/Eag le) (7/0) for Reason #8,
Reason for Convening Executive Session (M.G.L. c.30A, Sec. 21(a)) #8: To
consider or interview applicants for employment by a preliminary screening
committee if the chair declares that an open meeting will have a detrimental
effect in obtaining qualified applicants.
The Committee met with three (3) applicants during this meeting using the same,
preselected and approved questions for each candidate. Each candidate was
allotted the same amount of time for their meeting/interview with the Committee
(not to exceed 50 minutes). Each Committee Member participated in the
interview process.
All deliberation about candidates will occur at the meeting on Wednesday,
December 17, 2025.
