Flanders -At r"," eminded the Committee's role was to identify a small group of
candidates qualified to advance to next round who would then be vetted by the
Select Board with additional or more in-depth discussion on topics of their
choosing and potentially similar to what this Committee has addressed.
Committee added last general question: "What will you do for Mansfield?"
Next steps: Ms. Flanders-Aicardi will assign questions to specific Committee
members to be asked at the Committee interviews.
Motion: Ms. Flanders-Aicardi to draft final questions based on discussions.
