BOARD OFASSESSQRS AfINUTES
Wednesr/ay, December 16, 2025, Meeting
1. At 9:09 a.m., Chairperson Greg Matoian ("Chair") opened the Town of Mansfield, MA Board of
Assessors (`BOA") meeting held in the Assessors Meeting Room on the second floor of the
Town of Mansfield Town Hall.
2. A roll call revealed that the following Board Members and guests were in attendance:
a) Greg Matoian, Chair,
b) Dana J. St. James, Clerk, and
c) Ann MacCarthy, Chief Assessor (non -voting).
3. The BOA reviewed and approved the weekly motor vehicle abatements by unanimous vote.
4. The BOA reviewed and approved the November 19, 2025, BOA meeting minutes by unanimous
vote.
5. The BOA tabled until our next meeting the notice of withdrawals of land under the Forest -
Agricultural or Horticultural -Recreational Land Classification Program.
6. The BOA reviewed and approved by unanimous vote the Warrant to Collector for Fiscal Year
2026 Actual Real Estate Tax.
7. The BOA reviewed and approved by unanimous vote the Warrant to Collector for Fiscal Year
2026 Actual Personal Property Tax.
8. The BOA reviewed and approved by unanimous vote. The Blind Exemption for Fiscal Year
2026.
9. Under Old Business: the BOA, by unanimous vote, tabled indefinitely the email received fi•om
MAAO RE: update on solar.
10. The Chair ascertained that there was no New Business.
11. The Chair ascertained that there were no items not anticipated by the Chair 48 hours prior to this
meeting.
12. The BOA agreed that our next BOA meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at
6:30 pm.
13. The Chair moved that the BOA adjourn the meeting, the motion passed by unanimous vote, and
the meeting adjourned at 9: l8 am.
