Agenda Topics:
• Introductions
• Robinson School Improvement Plan
o Reviewed each school improvement area and elaborated on
the PRISM II grant, changing student population, EL/Special
Education numbers, and the work that staff have been doing
with the new math and literacy programs
o Discussed the opportunities that staff have to collaborate
given that we have two new core programs; through
common planning time, dedicated staff meeting time, and
professional development
• Budget update
o Discussed how it will be similar to last year and we are
going through the first iteration of the budget.

• Adopting educational goals for the school that are consistent with
local educational policies and statewide school performance
standards
• Identifying educational needs of students attending school
• Reviewing the annual school building budget
• Formulating a school improvement plan
