Minutes for the Library Board of Trustees Meeting on December 10, 2025
In attendance: Jean Mallon (Chair), Kate Pope, Jackie Curtis, Charlie Cullinan, Leonard Epstein, and Catherine
Coyne (Library Director). The meeting was called to order at 5:48 PM.
Secretary's report: The meeting notes from the November meeting were reviewed. A motion was made to
approve the notes by Jean and seconded by Kate. The motion passed with one abstention.
Treasurer's Report: The treasurer's report through November was reviewed. A motion to approve the notes was
made by Jean and seconded by Kate. The motion passed unanimously.
Librarian's Report: The librarian's reports were reviewed.
Correspondence: The correspondence was reviewed.
Old Business
Personnel Handbook: Jackie moved to approve an amendment to the Personnel Handbook. It was seconded by
Jean and approved unanimously.
FY Action Plan Update: The Action Plan was reviewed.

Adjournment: A motion was made to adjourn the meeting by Kate at 6:52 and seconded by Jackie. The motion
passed unanimously.
