November Library Board of Trustees Meeting
Minutes for the Library Board of Trustees Meeting on November 19, 2025
In attendance: Jean Mallon (Chair), Kate Pope, Jackie Curtis, and Leonard Epstein and Catherine Coyne (Library Director). The meeting was called to order at
5:32 PM.
Secretary's report: The meeting notes from the October meeting were reviewed. A motion was made to approve the notes by Jackie and seconded by Jean. The
motion passed with one abstention.
Treasurer's Report: The treasurer's report through October was reviewed. A motion to approve the notes was made by Kate and seconded by Jackie. The motion
passed unanimously.
Librarian's Report: The librarian's reports were reviewed.
Correspondence: None
Old Business
FY26 Budget Update: Budget meeting for the town will most likely be postponed until January.
New Business:
Personnel Handbook Review: A potential change to the handbook was discussed.
Not Anticipated:
Computer and Internet Policy: Kate moved to approve an updated Computer and Internet Use policy. Jean seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
The next meeting will be held on December 10 at 5:30PM.
Adjournment: A motion was made to adjourn the meeting by Kate at 6:17 and seconded by Jackie. The motion passed unanimously.
