Present: Ms. Sara Walsh, Chair, Mr. Scott Feely, Vice Chair; Ms. Greta Thurston, ClerkMe. Jack Cooney;
Mr. Mike Flaherty and Ryan Martin were present at the Mansfield High School Cafeteria at 250 East
Street. Ms. Melinda Tarsi-Goldfien was not present at the start of the meeting but arrived at 7:27PM.
Opening Meeting
1. Open Meeting
Ms. Sara Walsh called the Finance Committee meeting to order at 6:3513M.
2. Discussion and Consideration of Town Meeting Warrant Articles if Necessary
There was no discussion needed
3. Discussion and Consideration of MOU with Select Board regarding Stabilzation Fund Usage
Ms. Walsh stated that the MOU was approved by the Select Board. The committee discussed and asked a few
questions.
Motion: To approve the MOU with the Select Board regarding stabilization fund usage.
