Meeting Minutes November 12, 2025
Present: Ms. Sara Walsh, Chair; Mr. Scott Feely, Vice -Chair; Mr. lack Coorjey; Ms. Melinda Tarsi-Goldfien
and Mr. Ryan Martin were present in the Community Meeting Room'at'Public Safety located at 500 East
Street.
Not Present: Mr. Michael Flaherty and Ms. Greta Loukos
1. Open Meeting
Ms. Walsh called the Finance Committee meeting to order at 6:04PM.
2. Financial Presentation to the Community
Ms. Walsh and Ms. Tarsi-Goldfien presented information on the budget process and the challenges
Mansfield faces financially.
3. Open Questions from the Community and Discussion
There were a few members of the public in attendance who asked a few questions and participated in
discussions.
4. Any items not anticipated by the Chair 48 hours prior to this meeting
There were none.
5. Adjourn
Motion: To adjourn the Finance Committee meeting of November 12, 2025 at 7:27PM.
