The Select Board attended the meeting of the Budget Subcommittee for a Tri-Board meeting.
Present: Mr. Walter -Wilk, Chair; Mr. Michael Feck; Mr. Kostas Loukos, Clerk; Mr. Brendan Roche and Ms.
Maureen Doherty were present in person in meeting room 3 A/B at Town Hall. Mr. Roche was inlattcndance
via GoToWebinar until he arrived in person at 6:26PM.
1. Open Meeting
The Select Board meeting was called to order at 6:05 by Mr. Walter Wilk, Chair.
2. Select Board to Attend the Tri-Board and Participate in the Discussion
The members of the Select Board participated in the discussion and questions were asked. Please see the
minutes of the Budget Subcommittee for more detailed minutes.
Ms. Doherty left the meeting at 7:15PM.
3. Any items not anticipated by the Chair 48 hours prior to this meeting
There were no items.
4. Adjourn
Motion: To adjourn the Select Board meeting of December 18, 2025 at 7:29PM. (Feck/Loukos) Passes 4:0
