Present: Mr. Walter Wilk, Chair; Mr. Michael Feck, Vice -Chair; Mr. Kostas Loukos, Clerk; Ms. Maureen
Doherty and Mr. Brendan Roche were present at Mansfield High School, 250 East Street. Mr. Chris
Brown, Town Counsel was also present. Mr. Feck was not present at the start of the meeting but arrived
at 7:1013M.
1. Open the Select Board Meeting
Mr. Wilk called the meeting to order at 6:44PM with four members present.
2. Discussion and Consideration of Special Town Meeting Warrant Articles if Necessary
There was no discussion needed.
3. Continue the Select Board Meeting to the Auditorium
Motion: To recess the Select Board meeting to the Auditorium to attend Special Town Meeting.

There was no discussion needed.
