Meeting Notes for August 11, 2025
Attendees: Lou Amoruso, John Colbert, Nicholas Riccto, Ellen Spllewski, James Taylor
The meeting was called to order at 6:05 PM.
Meeting notes from July 14, 2025, were voted for approval (Ellen Spllewski made motion to approve,
James Taylor seconded) and notes were approved unanimously.
Income Taxes
Income Taxes — The 2024 taxes were revised incorporating the committee comments and at the June 9"
meeting the taxes were approved by unanimous vote. Payment of the Invoice was sent to the town
accountant for payment July 15, 2025.
Discussion of Erick Road and Bonnev Lane Propert
A buildable lot on the corner of Erick Road and Bonney Lane was transferred to the Building Commission
to add an affordable housing unit(s). The committee will discuss at the next meeting the next steps to
proceed with this project, Including hiring a land surveyor to Identify easements and what type of building
could be built on the site.
An update of the research completed by Hutchins -Trowbridge Associates (Mike Trowbridge) to review the
easements on this lot and his findings was provided by email. The Building Inspector said the lot is not
buildable or grandfathered. Lou Amoruso will contact Sara Repose, Director of Planning and
Development, If there are any possibilities to move forward with building on this lot.
Commonwealth of Massachusetts Filing Notice —A letter was received from the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts to provide an annual report by November 2025. In addition, reports from 2020 to 2024
were requested to be submitted. The website to check these reports is
https://www.sec.state.ma.us/divisions/corporations/Corporations.htm. Mr. Amoruso will work on these
reports in the upcoming months. Payment is required for these reports.
