Meeting Minutes September 30, 2025
Present: Ms. Sara Walsh, Chair; Mr. Scott Feely, Vice -Chair; Mr. Jack Cooney and Mr. Ryan Martin were present
in meeting room 3 A/B. Ms. Greta Loukos was present virtually.
Not Present: Ms. Melinda Tarsi-Goldfien and Mr. Michael Flaherty
1. Open Meeting
Ms. Walsh called the Finance Committee meeting to order at 6:03PM.
2. Participate in the Budget Subcommittee
The members of the Finance Committee participated in the discussion and questions were asked.
3. Any items not anticipated by the Chair 48 hours prior to this meeting
There were none.
4. Adjourn
